Are air conditioning installations worthwhile?

These can be quite costly, but can offer huge benefits, especially if the property is large and has the potential to be used as office or business space. Air conditioning is becoming more of a necessity than a luxury now with most offices, so opting for high quality air conditioning installations from the start is generally a good investment. This ensures that even if you just want to let the property out as a home, it is prepared for other functions in the future, not to mention people will pay more for an air conditioned property.
